What services are included in tour price ?

The tour basic price includes hotel accommodation, transport, guide and monument fees. But, tour price can always be worked out the way you want it. If you want only hotels and transport then it is also possible and in case you want us to provide everything including domestic air tickets and meals then it can be worked out accordingly. We would like you to specify what kind of hotels and transport you would like to have to send you tour pricel.

Will there be any reduction in price if there are three persons staying in a rooms of for children ?

Yes, there will be a reduction for person staying with an extra bed (3 persons in a room) and normally hotels do not charge for child if they are below 5 years and extra bed is not required for them.

Can I make changes in tour program ?

The tour programs are only indicative and can be changed as per your requirement. If you like you can send us your places of interest and no. of days you have at your disposal and we can work out special tour program for you.

What kind of hotels do you provide ?

We normally work out cost on Standard class hotels (3-4 star) & Ist class hotels (4-5 star). But, if you want to stay at particular hotels, we can send you cost accordingly.

What kind of transport is provided ?

We normally provide Ambassador type car for up to 3 persons, Tata Sumo or Toyota Qualis for 4-5 persons, Tempo Traveller for up to 8 persons and for larger group, suitable coach is provided. We can provide you air conditioned or non air conditioned transport as per your requirement.

Are air fares included in the price ?

We give supplement cost for air fares (domestic sectors only economy class). We can also give supplement for business class travel if you so desire.

Can you provide accompanying guide ?

Our normal cost includes local English speaking guide (unless otherwise specified). But we can provide you accompanying guide for the whole tour which means you will have one guide throughout the tour with extra charge.

Can you provide foreign language speaking guides besides English ?

Yes, we can provide other language speaking guides also viz. French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian etc. speaking guides but these are not available at all places.

What are your payment terms ?

You can either pay us in advance through bank transfer or pay us on arrival in cash or through credit card. In case there are certain services in your tour, where advance payment is must then we shall let you know at the time of confirmation of tour.

What about your cancellation policy or if I have to make any changes in the tour programme ?

We are quite flexible. In case there are no cancellation charges to be paid to any of the suppliers, viz. Hotel, transport co., airlines or railways then we shall not charge you anything. But, if there are cancellation charges to be paid as a condition, then you have to pay those cancellation charges which can be made clear at the time of booking of tour.
